We only collect data necessary to provide and secure our workspace integrations. This includes:

• Account Data: Name, email address, password, and profile preferences when you sign up.
• Connected Workspace Data: Calendar events, task lists, documents metadata, and email headers only if you explicitly choose to connect those integrations to Nexus AI.
• Usage Information: Diagnostic data, sub-second latency logs, and AI queries/actions metrics.

2. How Your Data is Used

• To run, maintain, and optimize your AI Chief of Staff features.
• To compile your daily briefings, drafts, and task assignments.
• To process billing, payments, and subscription renewals.

3. Data Security & Storage

Your data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest (using AES-256). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and adhere to GDPR policies. Importantly, we never sell your personal data or use your documents/emails to train public foundation models.
